It's pretty easy. Firstly, you sign up for a free trial and we allocate you a phone number. You have a choice of either getting a local USA number or you can get an 800 number (the American version of our 1800 numbers). Once you have been allocated a number you tell us what you want us to say when our live receptionists answer your incoming calls. You could make this greeting quite generic or you could make it more customised, it is all up to you. After deciding on your greeting you simply divert your current number to us (either directly, or after a specific number of rings) and your calls will be coming to us and we will be answering your calls. Once we receive your calls and take your messages we can either email those messages to you or we can SMS you the details. Again, totally up to you.
